the constructed building, on a 1:1 scale, is just one of the many representations that the project as a mental construction and artistic creation can take. long before it exists as an object, and long after it has become ruin, this metaphysical reality is other things. “caiu” is a dialogue between three ateliers through a common lens: drawing as a body of work autonomous from its eventual physical consequence. “fell” is an exhibition on mechanics.

corpo is an architecture and art studio focused on the expansion and exploration of architectural anatomy through a perpetual process of experimentation through the practice of drawing, redrawing and modelling. fala is an architecture studio based in Porto with a particular fascination for the projection of the invisible.

Nuno M. Sousa lives and works in Penafiel and draws on sheets when the slowness of the act of building leaves him yearning for the immediate.
